I am expressly aware that the StVO applies to the entire route and that the instructions of the police, the route staff and the fire brigade must be followed. DECLARATION
All participants take part in the event entirely at their own risk. They bear sole responsibility under civil and criminal law for all damage caused by them or their sports equipment. By submitting the registration, participants waive all rights of action or recourse against all parties involved in the event, in particular
the above-named organizer, their representatives and assistants,
the owner(s) of the property used for the event, as well as the buildings and facilities, the operator of the route used for the event and their representatives and assistants.
This agreement becomes effective for all parties involved when the registration is sent to ITS GmbH (subject to change without notice) and must be confirmed again with this form. Each participant expressly confirms that the information provided on the registration form is completely correct. It is expressly pointed out again that mountain bike sports involve health risks and an increased risk of accidents and injuries. On the transfer stages, participants are normal road users: in the public traffic area, the StVO (German road traffic regulations) applies in full.
Austrian and/or German law applies to all legal questions of the enduro.tirol series.
Against
· the other participants (competitors, drivers), their helpers, the owners of the other vehicles
· their own competitor, their own driver (other special agreements between competitor and driver take precedence!) and their own assistants,
they waive claims of any kind for damages arising in connection with the competition or training (warm-up, prologue, race, heat, special stage), except for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty – including by a legal representative or a vicarious agent of the group of persons released from duty) and except for other damages that are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty – also by a legal representative or a vicarious agent of the group of persons released from duty.
The exclusion of liability becomes effective for all parties involved when the online registration is sent to enduro.tirol or the promoter ITS GmbH. The waiver of liability applies to claims for any legal reason, in particular to claims for damages arising from contractual and non-contractual liability and also to claims arising from tort. Implied exclusions of liability remain unaffected by the above exclusion of liability clause.
Participants agree to the general data protection declaration of enduro.tirol events (available at www.enduro.tirol).
Mountain biking is dangerous. The events are insured through organizer liability insurance.
It is assumed that each participant has taken out additional private accident insurance that covers the special risk of mountain biking in order to take part in the event.
The participant declares that he/she has trained for the event Enduro Mountain Bike, is physically healthy and that his/her positive state of health has been confirmed by a doctor.
